We have now sold two properties with Glover Real Estate. The first was during boom times when (let's be honest), anybody could sell houses. Our recent sale was far more challenging, and this is where Glenn Stott and the team really proved their worth.

From the outset Glenn was forthright and honest with us when discussing selling price. At no point did he attempt to falsely raise our expectations - Glenn simply promised to achieve the best price he could given the current market, and helped us set a realistic listing price.

Throughout the sale process we turned to Glenn for advice as the offers came in - whilst always leaving the final decision in our hands, his guidance and market knowledge helped us immensely.

Walter Thorpe closed the deal for us, bringing in a solid offer within a matter of days after working like a man possessed to sell the property.

As with our previous sale, the entire Glover experience was a pleasure, from the photography to presentation of offers. Communication with us was timely and professional at all times, and every agent we dealt with is a credit to the agency.
