- Quarterly property inspections at $35.00 + GST
- Quarterly inspection reports
- Regular rent reviews as required
- Emergency and other repairs organised if required
- Rates, insurance and other expenses paid if required
- Tenancy Tribunal application fees are covered by us
- Attendance at Tenancy Tribunal Hearings if required
- Attendance to all Statutory Requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986
- We offer all the above on a commission basis of only 7.5% plus GST on all rental collected and payments made on your behalf.
Special discounted rates may be negotiated for owners of 3 or more rented properties.
The optional comprehensive Landlord insurance is an additional cost of $320 inclusive of GST per annum
