Property Management

Our efficient property management service is quickly becoming an essential consideration for busy landlords. The Service we offer will save you time and money, these include:

  • Advertising of property/Signage as required
  • Viewing properties and careful tenant selection
  • Credit checks on all Tenants
  • Written Tenancy Agreement and Bond Lodgements
  • Thorough first and final inspections including photographs
  • Monitoring weekly rent and sending appropriate letters as required
  • We offer comprehensive landlord insurance cover for Loss of Rent, Malicious Damage and Legal Liability (optional)
  • Direct Crediting monthly of Net Receipts or twice monthly, if required
  • Free Monthly Statements Airmailed anywhere in the world
  • Quarterly property inspections at $35.00 + GST
  • Quarterly inspection reports
  • Regular rent reviews as required
  • Emergency and other repairs organised if required
  • Rates, insurance and other expenses paid if required
  • Tenancy Tribunal application fees are covered by us
  • Attendance at Tenancy Tribunal Hearings if required
  • Attendance to all Statutory Requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986
  • We offer all the above on a commission basis of only 7.5% plus GST on all rental collected and payments made on your behalf.


Special discounted rates may be negotiated for owners of 3 or more rented properties.

The optional comprehensive Landlord insurance is an additional cost of $320 inclusive of GST per annum
