The content for Renters Club is not an article, it is the Header for a Form. 

To edit it go to:   Admin / Components / RSFormPro / Manage Forms / "Renters Club"

Tick the box next to "Header" and click the EDIT icon.

The editable text comes up in a small box on the bottom left of the screen, edit the text and save.
