I appreciated the no nonsense, honest approach given on the website and then through my direct dealings with you, Peter and other colleagues at the agency. Unlike many other agencies, I thought Glovers gave a more personalised service which was tailored to me as an individual.

Being an oversea vendor, you and your colleagues were very careful to contact me on a regular basis to keep me informed and yet still being conscious of preferred times to contact me given the time difference between the two countries. Having become used to the estate agents in the UK over the last decade I was impressed to find you and colleagues very happy to work outside the normal working hours and days. That was a huge advantage given the time difference between the UK and NZ.

All along the way I think I've been offered many opportunities to discuss any questions about the process with you. Whenever I have raised questions they have always been answered in detail and promptly.

Finally and of significance, I was very happy to have achieved the full asking price for my house. The fact that the purchaser obtained an independent valuation and builder's report and was satisfied to settle at the asking price was further confirmation that you had a very good understanding of the market when recommending a sale price.

I would certainly recommend you and Glovers to anyone else considering selling their property.
